The WBO's going to have an onffline promotion where participating members give out Promo Cards. On each promo card the participating member can write their username so they might get a referral or two from new members of the WBO.

Guess what? I'm participating! I've requested a batch of 30 promo cards from the British Columbia Area Representative, Hero, 'cause he's the nearest representative where I live.

EDIT (2:28-29 PM): It turns out, 30 seems a bit much, so I'm going have to settle for 10 Promo Cards.

Yeah, they're sticklers for the rules on WBO. If you get a warning, it doesn't go away.
