There's something you need to know about the Rock Wheel on the game: they made its defensive capabilities somewhat overpowered, depending on what tip was used.

I was battling a lower-leveled player, and I found a Fusion Wheel that can beat the Rock Wheel, the Galaxy Wheel (if equipped with R145 Track)

Ok you go to the mdieval arena and get a good defence and attack combo and place it in the middle and if the oppents places it in the middle it will go straight in the pocket in like a mili second.
